Demi and Adele

SO. demi lovato's new album came out today! ahhhhhh! it's amazing. i bought it at midnight. i was THAT excited. i think everyone should buy it. that's what i think. her voice definitely sounds different since she's no longer ruining her vocal cords. it's much stronger and robust (i'm not sure if that's a good word to describe it...wholesome? maybe? idk.) and her album this time showcases her talent as well as her new found maturity. she's no longer a disney princess folks. she has officially grown up and her style has changed to somewhere between beyonce and britney spears. she's a power singer who's risen from the ashes like a phoenix. so proud of you demi!

in other music news, i'm becoming obsessed with adele. her voice just drips with authority. she doesn't get lost in the melody: she DOMINATES the melody. and her attitude is beautiful as well. i love that she doesn't want to be skinny. she doesn't want to be known for her looks, but rather her vocals. that's true passion right there. such an inspiration!


and my final new obsession (i'm bringing in the girls this week), is ashlyne huff. for some reason she reminds me of jojo. just her appearance, and maybe musical style, not her vocals though. i haven't heard much of her stuff, but i plan on investing in her soon.
